***ingredients***
lime leaves
gra-chai
chopped fresh chilies
green peppercorns
hot basils
oyster sauce
veggie oil
fish sauce
sugar
prawns
boiled spaghetti
chopped garlic
***directions***
heat veggie oil. add chopped garlic and fresh chilies. stir-fry until fragrant.
add prawns and boiled spaghetti. sauté for a minute.
add oyster sauce, gra-chai, green peppercorns, hot basil and lime leaves. stir-fry.
season with fish sauce and a touch of sugar.
