spaghetti with spicy clams
***ingredients***
sugar
veggie oil
fish sauce
chopped fresh chilies
clams
fresh sweet basils
chopped garlic
thai chili paste
oyster sauce
boiled spaghetti
***direction***
1. heat veggie oil.
2. add chopped garlic, chopped fresh chilies, thai chili paste, a touch of sugar, oyster sauce and fish sauce. stir until fragrant.
3. add clams and sauté until orange.
4. add a little water.keep stirring.
5. add boiled spaghetti. keep stirring.
6. add fresh sweet basils. stirring lightly for a few seconds. ready to serve.

thai spicy spaghetti with prawns
***ingredients***
lime leaves
gra-chai
chopped fresh chilies
green peppercorns
hot basils
oyster sauce
veggie oil
fish sauce
sugar
prawns
boiled spaghetti
chopped garlic
***directions***
heat veggie oil. add chopped garlic and fresh chilies. stir-fry until fragrant.
add prawns and boiled spaghetti. sauté for a minute.
add oyster sauce, gra-chai, green peppercorns, hot basil and lime leaves. stir-fry.
season with fish sauce and a touch of sugar.

spaghetti with thai roasted chilies and olive oil
***ingredients***
- boiled spaghetti
- extra-virgin olive oil
- beacon
- thai roasted chilies
- chopped garlic
- fresh parsley
- sugar
***directions***
heat olive oil over medium heat. add beacon and sauté until light brown. add chopped garlic and thai roasted chilies. keep stirring until the beacon becomes a little dry. add boiled spaghetti and a touch of sugar. sauté for a minute. served with fresh parsley.
